AP/AR Data entry into MYOB system,documentation, filling. Assist periodic financial reports preparation. Liaise with external parties such as Auditors, Bankers, etc Handle Batam account Assist account manager on daily accounting and data updates including: petty cash update, expenses consolidation record and other admin support Ad-hoc duties regarding accounting and admin jobs as assigned. General office administration, including reception, telephone service, filing and clerical supports.
Requirements 1 year account experience Knowledge in using MS Word/Excel Meticulous, Initiative and eager to learn Good communication skills with positive attitude Able to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
Working Day & Hours: Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm (5 days week) Will provide transport to-and-fro Boon Lay MRT
