Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Salary Package: Basic + Performance bonus
Key Responsibilities:
To ensure all invoices and receipts are updated in company account system.
Responsible for day-to-day admin duties (send invoice to customer, arrange courier, follow-up customer payment), assist with ISO audit and accounts audit annually.
Attend to general customer queries using email and telephone call.
Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation, Full set bookkeeping duties, etc.;
Prepare monthly financial and management reports for subsidiaries;
Consolidate accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards;
Support audit and tax queries;
Invoice/payment processing;
Filing of GST quarterly returns;
Liaise with external auditors & corporate secretary;
HR matters; payroll, CPF, IR8A/IR8S, IR21, govt grant reimbursement;
Apply Work-passes;
Other ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent;
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Hardworking, meticulous, and able to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency;
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong Analytical skill;
Able to multi-task;
Organisational skills & ability to manage deadlines;
Integrity;
Strong understanding of accounting principles
