Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Perform day to day administrative duties.
  • Generate and process invoices, payments, credit/debit notes etc.
  • Ensure all AP/AR/GL are recorded properly.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations
  • Able to handle partial/full set of accounts.
  • Perform data entry into accounting system.
  • Prepare and be responsible for GST Filing.
  • Liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Update annual and medical leave records, ensure leave accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Any other ad hoc job duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience is preferable.
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word, email etc.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Responsible, good working attitude, proactive, minimum supervision and willing to learn new skills.
  • Able to commence work within short notice.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month Experience:
  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
