Job Description

The successful candidate will be based in GRID Mall under Savills Property Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the full set of client accounts and other administrative duties as follows:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounts Receivables

  • Prepare customer invoices, ensure proper supporting documentation are in place and invoices sent to customers on timely basis
  • Prompt update of receipts in accounting system
  • Ensure proper and timely recording/updating of customer invoice listings and customers debtors ageing reports
  • Send out monthly Statement of Accounts and reminder letters to customers
  • Banking of cash/cheques
  • Prepare journal entries and file documents
Accounts Payables ("AP")
  • Process suppliers' invoices (ensure proper supporting documents/approval and accuracy of data entries)
  • Monthly closing of AP ledger including preparation of relevant AP journals
  • Monthly reconciliation of AP relevant general ledger and statement of accounts
  • Prepare expense reports and analysis of accounts
Month end close and financial reporting
  • Perform monthly close and timely preparation of financial reports. This includes preparation of accounting entries, balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliations and supporting documents.
  • Attend to queries from client
  • Assist in any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Other administrative duties
  • Receiving, courier or handling cash/cheques payment from tenants
  • Attend to tenants/visitors' feedback and follow-up with maintenance team
  • Provide administrative support to the Centre Manager
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Centre Manager
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Diploma in accountancy or professional accounting qualifications with 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Detailed oriented, meticulous, proactive, highly motivated and independent
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Positive attitude with ability to adapt to fast paced environment
  • Work well under pressure and time constraints
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel will be advantageous
  • Prior experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be advantageous
