Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Full set accounts and month end financial reporting
  • Prepare accounts schedules and management reports
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare / Review month end balance sheet reconciliation, bank reconciliation, accounts supporting schedules and internal control reports
  • Prepare quarterly GST submission and income tax schedule
  • Maintain fixed assets ledger and other schedules
  • Preparation of year end finance statement
  • Liaise with auditor for audit matters & schedules, tax agents, company secretary, insurance, and bank.
  • Attend to internal and external queries and requests (e.g. tax, internal audit, external audit, etc.)
  • Prepare costing/budgeting report an analysis, etc.
  • Monitor and manage inventory
  • Manage full spectrum of monthly payroll processing and administration.
  • Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files to Payroll System (Info-Tech)
  • Perform general HR administrative functions such as liaise with agent for processing the work pass application & renewal, preparation of appointment / confirmation letters, recruitment, insurance claims for Hospital & Surgical and Work Injury Compensation.
  • Submission of government-paid claims such as Training Grants, NS claims, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, and other government related claims
  • Handle MOM labour market surveys, etc.
  • Timely submission of CPF contribution, IR21 and yearly income tax filing
  • IT & Administrative task
  • Other ad-hoc assignments
Work Arrangement: Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 9 – 6pm Sat/Sun: Off
Salary: S$4,500-5,500 per month Location: 10 Changi S Ln, #01-02, Singapore 486162
Job Requirements:
  • Preferred working in B2C industry in for at least 2 years.
  • Full set accounting knowledge and skills for 3 years
  • HR administrative experience for 1 year
  • Inventory management experience will be added advantage
