The day-to-day activities

• Learn about various aspects of the business including Drug testing, Alcohol testing, Infectious Disease Kits, and Medical Device Regulatory Affairs.

• Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.

• Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

• Coordinating with our logistics providers to ensure that products are received, handled, stored, and transferred appropriately.

• Work with logistics providers on receipt, handling, storage and transferring of products.

• Managing a team of part-time packers to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

• Processing government tenders and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Showcasing our products to occasional walk-in customers

• Updating our products on various online sales channels (including our website, eBay, Lazada, Qoo10, and Carousell) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

• Coordinating with our global network of specimen collectors to ensure timely delivery of samples to our laboratory.

• Reviewing results and creating drug testing reports for our customers.

Salary: $1,000With the possibility of being offered a full-time job at the end of the internship
