Handle full spectrum of AP and AR and ensure that company policies and accounting standards is in compliance.
Identify, resolve and follow up on discrepancies and outstanding matters arising from operations.
Liaise with creditors and debtors when required.
Update and maintain audit schedules on timely basis.
Perform accounts reconciliations and assist in monthly closing of accounts.
Perform general administrative and other ad-hoc duties as required.
Maintain proper inventory control
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or other business-related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of Singapore income tax rules, procedures and guidelines is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
