Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Overall in-charge of AP function; record entries, reconciliations
  • Verification of Marketing Funds
  • Preparation of monthly journal entries
  • Assist with month and year end closing activities
  • Preparation of reports
  • Preparation of quarterly GST filing (AP)
  • Suggest and assist to implement process improvements within Finance or cross functionally
  • Assist with external and internal audits
  • Assist with ERP system implementation
Job Requirement:
  • Min Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Organised, detailed and deadline oriented
  • Confident to liaise with Partners &/or Vendors and Sales team
  • A team player yet able to work well independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and always seeking for challenges
  • Salary will depend on experience
  • With possibility of perm position after contract ends
