Accounts Assistant * Location: Tanjong Pagar * Salary: $2000 * Timing/Shifts: 5 Day Week (Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm) Job Scope: - Verify and update suppliers' invoices - Prepare and process payme Accounts Assistant Location: Tanjong Pagar Salary: $2000 Timing/Shifts: 5 Day Week (Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm) Job Scope: - Verify and update suppliers' invoices - Prepare and process payments to suppliers - Handle petty cash - Perform regular reconciliation of suppliers' accounts - Perform Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions - In charge of checking AP / AR related transactions - Assist in all finance and accounts related matters - Handle filling, and general account admin support. - Assist in Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
