Job Description
- Seeking for an Accounts Assistant/Accounts Executive with minimum 1 year of Accounting experience (Either AP or AR exposure) *
With their growth strategy in place, they seek to expand their reach in their Commodities Trading/Shipping business. Currently, they seek for an Accounts Assistant/Executive to be part of their Accounting team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR) duties
Handle Traders' Profit and Loss statements (Training provided)
Prepare position limits reporting (Training provided)
Laytime Management (Training provided)
Finalizations of voyages (Training provided)
Work with other stakeholders
Any other adhoc duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/Accounting/Commerce or ACCA or any other relevant education
Minimum 1 year of Accounting experience in a Commodities trading company or Shipping company or any other industry sectors (Either AP or AR exposure)
Meticulous, diligent, proactive, analytical and a team player
