• Position Title: Accounts Assistant
• Working Location: Toa Payoh North
• Working Hours: 5 days (9 am to 6 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $3100 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus + AWS
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices in a timely manner, verifying accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain pre-authorize payments monthly or as required.
• Prepare all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable sub-ledger journals.
• Enter and reconcile cheques cashed to accounting software monthly.
• Respond to head office inquiries as required.
• Process all client or miscellaneous payments daily or as required to sub-ledger (in short- APAR for internal and external).
• Prepare and send debtor statements monthly.
• Respond to client account inquiries as required.
• Maintain Depreciation and Prepayment list.
• Prepare finance and accounting-related report.
• Record Cash Receipt journals from customers, including advance payment.
• Maintain Singapore Custom Permit.
• Assists monthly closing (Sales & purchase invoice check, ensure the completeness of supporting documents, lease deprecation & fixed assets JE, prepare foreign currency table).
• Support internal control.
• Preparation of GST.
• Preparation of Item Journal (if needed).
• Undertake ad-hoc function and related duties when required.

• A Levels, Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in ERP system and Microsoft Office will be an advantage.
