Manage trade finance transactions
Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and accurate records
Liaise closely with overseas production facilities
Assist in preparing export/import documentation
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including analysis and budgeting
Ensure compliance with all relevant local regulations, tax requirements, and company policies
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
The Successful Applicant
Diploma in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
Good knowledge of Singapore tax, and customs regulations, including GST filing
Proficiency in Mandarin as the role is required to liaise with stakeholders in China on a regular basis and handle relevant documents
Proficiency in SAGE 300 accounting system
Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Open to travel
