Job Description
- US MNC (Freight Forwarding industry)
- Training provided

- Handle partial set of accounts (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable) - Training provided
- Check and process staff expenses claims for reimbursements
- Reconcile book balance and vendor statements
- Follow up on outstanding billing
- To process and update receipts timely and accurately
- 1 year experience accounting or no experience can apply as training will be provided
- Detailed and meticulous in work assigned
- Team player with positive working attitude
- Able to multi-task
- Computer literate

Mon to Fri 830am to 530 pm (Quarter month end require to do alt sat 1/2 day -March, June, Sept, Dec)
