Job Summary:

• Company background: Healthcare
• Location: Novena
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm
• Salary range: Up to $2,700 + AWS + 2-3months performance bonus + yearly increment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage invoice processing and accurately update entries.
• Oversee payment runs to ensure timely transactions.
• Perform reconciliation of Statements of Account (SOA).
• Contribute to month-end closing activities.
• Handle finance-related phone inquiries and maintain oversight of the Accounts Payable (AP) mailbox.
• Process patient refund deposits on a weekly basis.
• Extract and input GST Input report figures into the relevant documentation.
• Provide necessary documentation for the creation of vendor master data.
• Maintain and update the audit schedule.
• Experienced in SAP will be advantageous
• Relevant studies or experience in Accounting
