Location: Novena

Mon - Fri Office Hours

1) Performing data entries into Navision, prepare and assist in day- to- day operations in accounting

2) Email and correspondence with stakeholders

3) Issuance of tax exempted receipts and official receipts for all income received

4) Ensure all disbursement for invoices and claims are processed timely and accurately and are in compliance to policies and regulations

5) Donation boxes\' collection and others: Count, tabulate and bank-in

6) Monthly bank Reconciliation

7) Filing and storage of all receipt and payment files

8) Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor (such as collection of mail from Mailroom)
