Job Description

(1) Accounts Payable Assistant

• Working Hours : 5 days plus one half-day Saturday per month
• Work Location : near Macpherson, Mattar MRT
• Salary : Basic up to $2600 + Overtime

Job Requirements & Duties :

• NITEC or Certificate in Accounting / Business Admin with 2 year accounting working experience
• Must able and willing to work overtime when in needs.
• IT savvy and must able to handle Chinese documents
• Responsible to seek various departments personnel to verify and approve invoices prior process/prepare payment to supplier.
• Handle monthly reconciliation of creditor\'s statement of accounts
• Assist to prepare journals for the monthly closing of accounts
• Other ad hoc duties as and when assign by management.

(2) Accounts Assistant - 6 Months ContractWorking Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
Working Location: West Gate (Jurong East MRT)
