Job Description
Under the direction of the Manager, the incumbent’s responsibilities and description include the following:
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for a portfolio of clients and special assignments
- Timely and accurate input of clients’ accounts payable and accounts receivable
- To prepare clients’ full set of accounts, month end closing, quarterly GST returns and any other ad-hoc assignments
- Ensure firms’ service standard and clients’ reporting deadline are met
- Share knowledge and expertise with team members
- Assist in any other assignment or special projects as required
Requirements:
- NTC / LCCI / CAT / A level / Diploma / Degree in Accounting
- Min 1-3 years of relevant experience in handling full sets of accounts
- Candidates without prior relevant experience may apply for assistant position
- Positive work attitude and meticulous
- Proactive, committed and able to work under pressure
- Possess initiative and ability to work independently
- Good team player and able to communicate well in English and Mandarin
- Salary: $1,800 - $2,800
- 5 days work week, Monday – Friday
- Familiar with Xero, UBS Accounting software, and Microsoft application will be an added advantage
- East (Tai Seng) working area
