Accounts Assistant
, you'll support the financial operations of our academy and contribute to maintaining its financial health.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with basic accounts and bookkeeping tasks.
Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and credit notes.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments via email or messages to ensure timely collection.
Respond to finance-related queries and emails promptly and professionally.
Tabulate and finalise staff monthly overtime hours.
Process payments to vendors and service providers.
Oversee and process staff claims.
Verify monthly timesheets against the working rosters.
Perform accurate data entry into our accounting system.
Handle ad-hoc administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role.
Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Teams.
Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
