Accounts Assistant Intern

• Verify vendor bills with purchase documents to ensure it is match to process supplier payment, key vendor bills and credit note into accounting system.
• Perform AP reconciliation against the month-end SOA received from vendor and ensure that any discrepancies are investigated.
• Prepare and reconcile of quarter GST input report.
• Assist to check sales invoice and supporting, and ensure proper recognition of revenue.
• Send monthly sales customer Statement of Account (SOA) and monitor of accounts receivables collection.
• Assist in preparation of Group performance overview report.
• Assist with the monthly/quarterly management performance reporting.
• Assist in the US NYSE 10Q/10K reporting.
• Support Finance team for yearly fixed asset sighting and stock count during financial year end.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Expected Technical Outcome of Internship

• Overview of understand on Account payable function.
• Have overall view on compliance and requirements of US Public Companies.
• Have overall view on finance and operation structure in Manufacturing Company.
• Familiar and hands on experience on Company\'s accounts payable and accounts receivables processes and daily task.
• Understand Company\'s year end stock count and Fixed Assets sighting processes.
