Accounts Assistant (Partial/Full set) Working days & hours: 5 days, 9am-6pm Salary: S$2400-S$2800+AWS Working location: near Macpherson MRT Job Scope * Daily update of bank transactions. * AR f Accounts Assistant (Partial/Full set) Working days & hours: 5 days, 9am-6pm Salary: S$2400-S$2800+AWS Working location: near Macpherson MRT Job Scope Daily update of bank transactions. AR functions: Invoicing, Arrears chasing, collections. Tenancy management: New leases, Renewals, Terminations, Processing of SD collections and Refunds. Monthly Reporting and bank/collections reconciliations. Attend queries from corporate clients, tenants and Auditors. Monthly bank reconciliation Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR). Involve in financial audits liaison with auditors / banks / operations. Preparation of schedules for all Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (B/S) items.
