Location: CBD Area - Raffles Place MRT
Salary: Up to $6500 + AWS + 2-3 MonthsVB
Hybrid: up to 2 Days Work from home

• Main Approver for Journal Entries: Serve as the primary approver for journal entries and other tasks required for accurate and timely monthly and quarterly closings, continuously refining processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Co-Approver for Payments: Oversee and approve payments and related tasks to ensure timely and accurate disbursements, while continuously reviewing and improving payment processes.
• J-SOX and GST Compliance: Act as the main point of contact for J-SOX reporting and GST compliance, ensuring smooth completion of all related tasks and working with internal and external auditors.
• Team Supervision: Supervise and guide the team as a co-approver for payments and main approver for journal entries, while supporting business operations.
• Business Partnership: Foster effective communication and build trust with Business and Corporate Divisions, proactively supporting business development, initiatives, and activities, while ensuring adherence to internal rules and policies.
• Project Management: Lead and manage departmental ad-hoc projects independently.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Operational Accounting, including Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
• Experience and knowledge in SAP.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
