Job Description

  • 5 days per week * Mon to Fri - 8.30am to 6pm * Location: Chai Chee (near Bedok North MRT) Job Responsibilities * Preparation of Accounts Receivable & Payable on a timely basis * Arran 5 days per week Mon to Fri - 8.30am to 6pm Location: Chai Chee (near Bedok North MRT) Job Responsibilities Preparation of Accounts Receivable & Payable on a timely basis Arrange for banking of customer's cheques Responsible to reconcile the Accounts Receivable Processing payment ie. Cash & Cheques to creditors after verifying validity claims or invoices Inventory Control Entries Prepare Accounts Payable list and liaise with creditors on payments and to resolve any discrepancies in invoices Responsible for Standard Local Purchases (P/Os) Compute overseas landed costing (imports) Compute jobs costing Participate in yearly stock take Other duties that may be assigned from time to time Job Requirements GCE O' Level or Certificate in Accounting & Finance Preferably with 1-2 years of accounting experience Competency in Microsoft Office Possess good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks Meticulous, proactive, independent, and good team player To Apply: Please attach your resume in WORD with the following information: Reason for leaving last/ current employment Last drawn and expected salary Notice period (We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified) EA Personnel No. R22109536
