• 5 days per week * Mon to Fri - 8.30am to 6pm * Location: Chai Chee (near Bedok North MRT) Job Duties * Preparation of full set of accounts on a timely basis * Maintain and update fix 5 days per week Mon to Fri - 8.30am to 6pm Location: Chai Chee (near Bedok North MRT) Job Duties Preparation of full set of accounts on a timely basis Maintain and update fixed assets records of the company Perform monthly bank reconciliation Process direct payments i.e. cash & cheques to creditors after verifying validity claims or invoices Arrange for banking of customer's cash & cheque Process quarterly GST Process yearly IR8A / balance sheet schedules Fill up monthly / yearly EDB statistic forms Maintaining an accurate cash book Weekly cash flow forecast Maintain a cash float and to arrange for cash whenever the float is below the minimum level Prepare and co-ordinate bank documentations such as FC, T/T, BG etc Compute overseas landed costing (imports) & jobs costing if required Responsible for compilation of reports for management meeting Liaise & extract info, required by management Participate in yearly stock take Job Requirements Preferably Diploma or Certificate in Accountancy & Finance At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting Experience in full set of accounts would be an added advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) Meticulous and able to work independently to meet deadlines To Apply: Please attach your resume in WORD with the following information: Reasof or leaving last/ current emnployment Last drawn and expected salary Notice period (We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified) EA Personnel No. R22109536
