Accounts Assistant, Revenue Audit Summary of Responsibilities: The Accounts Assistant, Revenue Audit is responsible for ensuring that the hotel’s Food and Beverage and Rooms daily revenue are accurately balanced and recorded in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures. Food and Beverage Duties

  • Balancing Food & Beverage envelope submited by the F&B cashiers
  • Preparing of General Cashier Report
  • Auditing of Cover Charge coupon, to post the beverage revenue accordingly based on the consumption
  • Preparing of Manual Adjustment F&B report
  • Ensure all the credit cards, cash, direct billing, city ledger, gift card, room charges are balanced according to the Cashier Summary for F&B
  • Auditing of Banquet Event Order for completeness and accuracy of Banquet revenue posting
  • Auditing of Meal Voucher to ensure outlets’ postings are reasonable
  • Auditing of Gift Card against corporate posting in Givex
Rooms Duties
  • Balancing of Rooms envelope submited by the Front Office cashiers.
  • Ensure all the credit cards, cash, direct billing, paid out, rebates are balanced according to the Cashier Summary for Rooms
  • Auditing of No Show Report to ensure charging of the revenue
  • Updating Foreign Exchange Rate daily by 3 pm
  • To update the Cess and GST worksheet in daily basis
  • Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times
  • Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management of the Hotel and Department
Requirements:
  • At least GCE 'O' Level
  • Revenue Audit experience in hotel industry will be an advantage
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Be able to work on weekends (including public hoildays) during month end/ when need arises
