:
Invoicing, update customer payment, submit invoice to customer portal on time.
To attend and reply to customer's enquiries and emails.
To attend promptly to customers' in-coming calls.
To monitor customer payment.
To key in supplier invoices and prepare payments.
Accept other clerical duties as informed by Supervisor.
Working Hours : Mon to Fri (8.30am - 5pm) Sat (8.30am - 1pm)
