About the Role

The company is looking for an Account Assistant to support daily finance operations within an air cargo and logistics environment. You will handle bookkeeping, invoicing, vendor payments, and month-end closing activities, while ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop a career in logistics finance.

Key Responsibilities

Reconcile invoices, identify discrepancies, and maintain financial records using the ERP system Prepare customer invoices and process vendor payments Assist in month-end closing tasks such as journal entries and ledger reconciliations Organize and maintain financial documentation in compliance with audit and statutory requirements Support cross-functional teams on ad-hoc financial analysis and operational reporting

Requirements

1-2 years of relevant experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Strong communication skills and proactive, team-oriented attitude Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
