Assist in checking, receiving, and recording stock & deliveries
Maintain inventory records and support stock-take
Handle basic admin work (filing, data entry, document control)
Assist in bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, journal entries
Process accounts payable & receivable
Prepare simple monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet)
Other ad-hoc duties as needed
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in admin, or accounts preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
* Able to work independently and handle multiple roles
