Job Description


TEMP ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (3 - 6 MONTHS)

Work days: Monday - Friday Work hours: 9am - 6pm Work location: Bukit Merah

Job Responsibilities: Accounts Payable

  • Manage Accounts Payable activities
  • Data entry vendor invoices into SAP and ERP System
  • Timely process payment vouchers, cheque/GIRO/TT payments and update system
  • Bank reconciliation and related companies/vendor account reconciliation

Accounts Receivable
  • Train OCR engine with invoices
  • Support finance tasks, whenever required
  • Analyse cost structures of each division

Job Specifications/Requirements:
  • 'A' Level/LCCI/Diploma/Degree in Accounting
  • Typing speed preferably 40 WPM & above.
  • Preferably with 1-3 years of relevant experience, those just graduated are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge of SAP and ERP system will be an added advantage
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work independently and meticulously
