Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Receivables including updating customers receipt and following up with customers outstanding payment
  • Download bank statement daily for bank reconciliation
  • Payables including preparing payments to vendor
  • Data entry for supplier invoices
  • Prepare statement of account
  • Key in and update AP/ AR file (Excel)
  • Handling of in/ out petty cash
  • Deposit of cheques to the bank
  • Mailing out cheques to vendor
  • Filing documents

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Accounting
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting
  • Good understanding of local accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Proficient with MS Office application and use of accounting software
  • Good sense of repsonsibility and attentive to details
  • Work under stress and tight deadlines
