Job Opening: Accounts AssistantSalary: SGD1,500 - SGD1,800Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibility Run day to day operations related to accounts payable and/or receivable Able to work up to GL level Assist with implementation of financial policies and processes and ensure adherence to reporting standards Liaise with vendors and/or customers to address financial requests and queries. Prepare GST schedule as required Provide financial advice to various department end user Handle accounting functions related to posting of entries into system Assist with annual audit preparation Generate Financial statement and management reports as required Perform ad-hoc duties as necessaryRequirement Simple Computer knowledge (MS excel, word, email & etc.). High School/O level/N level/ITE/Commercial certification. Willing to learn and well organize of works/job assigned. Positive & cheerful attitude. Able to work independent and maintain good relationship with team members. Prefer with 1 year working experience.
