Position: Accounts Assistant Location: Pandan Loop (Clementi area) Duration: Permanent Working Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm (5 days work week) Responsibilities: * Receiving customer orders via emai Position: Accounts Assistant Location: Pandan Loop (Clementi area) Duration: Permanent Working Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm (5 days work week) Responsibilities: Receiving customer orders via emails, phone, and fax and processing for sales delivery To process daily invoicing or credits notes to existing customers To assist operations team in resolving invoicing related issues To assist in month end closing for Accounts Receivable To assist in answering and directing incoming phone calls Requirements: Candidate must possess at least GCE A' Level or Diploma in any field Team player with good interpersonal skills Able to commence work immediately Prior experience in accounting would be an added advantage.
