Responsibilities:

Preparation of sales analysis report for management
Treasury functions, including cash collection, issuance of cash float, and foreign currency transactions
Accounts Receivable duties, including sales/cash reconciliations for delivery platforms and catering sales
Computation of sales incentives for retail staff
Ensure timely and accurate billing of invoices, upload of E-Invoice to GEBIZ for government agencies
Issuing of statement of account and following up with customers on all outstanding payments
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (for ERP system) and F&B industry would be an advantage
