Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Handles full sets of accounts
  • Ensure smooth and accurate account closing
  • Prepare accounts schedule and financial statement report
  • Prepare payment and resolve payment issues
  • GST submission
  • Handle Petty Cash
  • Assists in PO issues and liaise with vendors
  • Data entry and generate billings
  • Perform office administrative duties
  • Any other ad-hoc or administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Pro-active team player with a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, independent and high sense of responsibility.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure
