Job Description

Industry: Logistics
Location: Tampines
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8am to 5.35pm
Saturday 8am to 12pm
Salary Range: Up to S$2,500 Per month
Responsibilities:
- In charge of Account Receivable/Payable matters.
- Assist in stock checking for daily delivery loading.
- Filing and archived account documents.
- Generate monthly reports
- Tabulating of weekly claim forms
- Any other administrative duties assigned
- Preferably with basic accounting knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and is highly committed
- Analytical and meticulous
- Ability to meet deadlines with a good sense of urgency
- Able to commit overtime when require to
