# Mondays to Fridays, 8.00am to 5.00pm or 9.00am to 6.00pm

# Conducive working environment An established company in the manufacturing industry, is currently seeking a Accounts Assistant. Job Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day finance transactions and data entry into system
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Assist with maintain Fixed Asset Register
- Assist in preparation of GST reconciliations & reports
- Process and verify payments/invoices and follow up on discrepancies with vendors, customers or sales persons
- Process daily invoicing, check & match on documents as completion set for billings.
- Book-keeping, accounts reconciliation and reporting any discrepancies
- Process claims and reimbursements
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
- Attend and provide support in administrative duties for the Finance team
- Filing of accounting documents
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma in Accounting or Degree in other discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Knowledge on SAP or other Accounting software is an advantage
- Able to work independently, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week Salary: From $2,800.00 per month Benefits:
