Accounts Assistant

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely, accurate entry and preparation of accounts for trusts and estates under administration
  • Coordinate and liaise with colleagues to support on the administration and the preparation of accounts and sending it to clients
  • Preparation of bank reconciliation statements, accounts receivables and payables
  • Preparation of routine invoicing and sending it to clients
  • Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
Preferred Competencies:
  • Conversant in English
  • Meticulous and shows pride in the accuracy of work
  • Prior background in administrative work preferred
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in Accounts is preferred
Work Arrangements:
  • Location: Central (Tanjong Pagar)
  • 5-Day Work Week
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From $2,300.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Expected Start Date: 20/06/2022
