Responsibilities:

Handle daily transaction within finance system and month end closing Support in processing invoices, claims and payments Preparation of bank accounts reconciliation Preparation of journals & accruals & prepayments Preparation of accounting schedules Maintaining fixed assets register Preparation of management reports Assist in preparing cash flow forecast Assist in banking related matters Assist in Corporate Secretarial matters Assist in preparation of audited financial statements Assist in result announcements Any ad-hoc duties as may be assigned

Requirements:

Preferably 2 years of accounting/auditing experience Degree in Accountancy or recognized professional Accounting qualifications (fresh graduates are welcome to apply) Sound working knowledge of accounting and tax issues Prior audit / listed company experience would be an advantage Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive work attitude Ability to work effectively under pressure and deadlines
