Job Description

We are working with an Industrial MNC who require an Accounts Executive on a 6-month contract for maternity cover.


Work hours: 8am - 5pm, fully working from office West side, Company transport provided near mrt

Responsiblities:

Handle full set of accounts (AR/AP/GL) Process and verify invoices and payments Updating of transactions into ERP system Administrative support Maintain records and ensure the accuracy of documents for audit and tax purposes Other ad-hoc matters

Requirements:

Diploma in Accounting/LCCI or equivalent Experience in AP and AR is required Comfortable in fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work well in a team Meticulous
