Job Description

JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIESAccounts Payables:

• Ensure all vendor invoices with appropriate supporting documents are updated in the ERP system on a timely basis
• Liaise with vendors for SOA and reconciliation of vendors' statements
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and timely processing of the payment cycle
• Proper upkeep of all documents

Accounts Receivables:

• Prompt uploading of e-invoices in customers' portal
• Emailing of e-invoices to customers

Petty Cash:

• Handling of petty cash and reimbursements

Administrative:

• Ordering of pantry supplies
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Stockcounts and Stock audits:

• Assist with internal stockcount on periodic basis

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy; 'A' levels; LCCI
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience

Role Requirements:

• Conscientious and fast worker
• Meticulous with great attention to details
• GST knowledge to ensure compliance
• Good computer skills with a knowledge of common bookkeeping and MS Office
• Teamwork skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Remuneration:

• Basic salary at S$2,800 - S$3,000 per month
• Annual wage supplement (AWS); Variable bonus dependent on individual and company performance
• Annual Wellness benefits starting from S$600 + Family-bonding benefit S$200
• Birthday voucher S$50
• 14 Days Annual Leave; Increment of one day on yearly basis to a maximum of 16 days;
• Hospitalization Insurance; Personal Accident Insurance
• Long service award
