Manage a portfolio of accounting clients including a safety management company, a family investment company, a public non-listed Singapore company, etc
Prepare and maintain full set of accounts for SME and MNC clients
Prepare month-end schedules and pass adjusting entries
Analyze and explain variances to clients using ratios, graphs and charts, etc,
Prepare GST returns
Prepare monthly reporting packages for SME and MNC clients
Utilise IT tools and database to assist in managing the portfolio
Use e-signature platforms such as Docusign to arrange for approval of documents and payment vouchers
Use accounting software such as ABSS (MYOB), Xero, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SunSystems, etc
Liaise with clients, auditors and regulatory authorities

Requirements:
Preferably Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, ACCA or equivalent
Good command of English with ability to interact well with internal departments and external clients
Self-motivated
Good learning attitude
Ability to work with large data set using software
Ability to cope in a fast-paced environment
Interviewees will be required to take a written aptitude test lasting 15 to 20 minutes on English, accounting and GST.
