Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounting clients including a safety management company, a family investment company, a public non-listed Singapore company, etc
  • Prepare and maintain full set of accounts for SME and MNC clients
  • Prepare month-end schedules and pass adjusting entries
  • Analyze and explain variances to clients using ratios, graphs and charts, etc,
  • Prepare GST returns
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages for SME and MNC clients
  • Utilise IT tools and database to assist in managing the portfolio
  • Use e-signature platforms such as Docusign to arrange for approval of documents and payment vouchers
  • Use accounting software such as ABSS (MYOB), Xero, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SunSystems, etc
  • Liaise with clients, auditors and regulatory authorities

Requirements:
  • Preferably Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, ACCA or equivalent
  • Good command of English with ability to interact well with internal departments and external clients
  • Self-motivated
  • Good learning attitude
  • Ability to work with large data set using software
  • Ability to cope in a fast-paced environment
Interviewees will be required to take a written aptitude test lasting 15 to 20 minutes on English, accounting and GST.
