Job Description
Account Payable - responsible of local and oversea vendors, ensure all supplier invoices are well matched
- Responsible and able to handle for daily operations (AR and AP)
- Deliver timely and accurate reports with relevant schedules
- Ensure Timely, accurate month-end and year end closing for AP / AR
- Monthly AR and AP aging provision for doubtful debt report analysis with posting
- Provide timely support in Budget and Forecast
- Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
- Responsible monthly accounts closing and reporting including Bank Reconciliation, P&L Statement and Balance Sheet
- Liaising with suppliers on invoices and payments
- Process prepayment invoice weekly & monthly payment to vendors via DBS Ideal online
- Prepare AP payment proposal for monthly payment to vendors
