Job Description


  • Industry/ Organization Type: Healthcare/ Medical
  • Position Title: Accounts cum Admin Assistant/ Accounts Admin Officer
  • Working Location: Orchard Road
  • Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon – Fri 8.30am–5.30pm; Alternate Sat 8.30am–12.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Up to $2,500 + Allowance + OT + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Accounts Receivable functions
  • General AR invoice and follow-up collection.
  • Maintain accounting department and records, ensuring all files are up to date.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the computerized accounting system.
  • Assist in daily admin department operations.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
