Work Location:

Walking distance from Jurong East MRT, Singapore


Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm


Salary:

Up to SGD 3,500 per month + Variable Bonus (VB)





1. Key Purpose of the Role



Provide accurate and timely support in handling daily accounting functions and records. Assist in administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

Support finance and project teams with coordination, documentation, and reporting.

2. Responsibilities



Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions, including invoice processing, payment preparation, and collection follow-up. Assist in preparing financial documents, expense reports, and month-end closing activities.

Maintain proper filing of accounting records, payment vouchers, and administrative documents.
Support the Finance Manager in liaising with vendors, auditors, and other stakeholders.

3. Requirements



Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Minimum

1 year of relevant working experience

; prior experience in the

construction industry

will be an advantage. Proficient in

SAP

and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail, good time management, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Able to start work

immediately or on short notice

will be highly preferred.
