As an Accounts cum Admin Assistant, you will provide support in financial and administrative tasks. Candidate must be capable in managing financial records and performing a variety of administrative tasks to facilitate our day-to-day operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and monitor the financial system to ensure that the finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
Process daily AR and AP transactions, ensure transactions are properly recorded and maintained in systems
Process cash/bank reconciliation with completeness and accuracy
Preparation of audit schedules, and assist with annual statutory audit
Provide administrative support within Finance department
Provide IT administrative support including scheduling appointments with Global IT department for periodic system updates and maintenance
Perform general office duties including filing, storage, handling phone call and security of documents
Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Higher Nitec/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Relecant experience is an added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Meticulous, proactive and adaptable to change.
