1. Prepare Trade / Shipment Invoices Daily , Email to Customer for Payment Including the Overdue , Scan Invoices for Billing / and Mail the Copy to Customers by Post.
2. Monitor Billings , Update Daily Journal Entries & Postings / GST Data / Knowledge of Simple Accounting.
3. Prepare 4 Type of Reports for Management ; Sales Closing By Country , Purchasing Report , Stock Adjustment Report , Excel Debtors Outstanding Balance Report.
4. Assist Fixed Assets Physical Check & Stock Take Activity Monthly.
5. Additional Partial Accounting Duties Will Be Assigned by the Senior A/Cs & Admin Manager ( As & When Needed )Possibly, Able to Start Work By Mid-March 2025.Others:Company located in the Ang Mo Kio areas.Salary range is about SGD2800.00.No quota for work permits.
