Job Description

• Position : Accounts cum Admin Officer (AP/AR) - Up to $3,800 - Pioneer Crescent
• Location : Pioneer Crescent - Company Pick Up at Designated Locations
• Working hours : Monday to Friday - 8.15AM to 5.00PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 + AWS + Variable bonus + Medical Insurance + Dental benefit + Transport allowance to and fro designated pick up point + Mobile Allowance
• Duration : Temp (December 2023 to March 2024)
• Industry : Leading construction equipment in Asia-Pacific

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions in multi currencies.
• Preparing monthly bank reconciliations
• Regular monitoring of cash flow
• Prepare quarterly GST filing
• Perform verification and staff claim reimbursement (travel, petty cash and etc)
• Assist in monthly/year end accounts closing
• Ensure that all office administrative needs are taken care of

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum of 1 -2 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
