Job Description

* Office hours, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
* Location: East
* Basic + VB
* At least 1 year experience
* Permanent role
Our client is a kitchen appliances store in Singapore.
Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Functions
  • Perform various accounting-related duties including but not limited to accounts payable, payments and staff claims, road tax, staff insurance
  • Assist in preparation of quarterly GST report for review
  • Assist in preparation of financial date and reports for review
  • Assist in month-end closing of accounts
  • Maintain proper filing system of all documentation/records files
  • Other duties as assigned
  • HR Functions
  • Administration and maintaining of leave systems
  • Assist in new/renewal/cancellation of Work Pass Applications
  • Recruitment process, new employee training, medical leave record
  • Responsible for the upkeep of PPE, Stationery and Pantry supplies
  • Attend to walk in customers
Requirements:
  • Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business or Equivalent
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience in HR and Accounts
