• 5 Days week - Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5.30pm
• 2 way Transport pick-up near Clementi MRT station
• Location: Pandan Road
• Salary: Up to $2800 + attractive remuneration package
• Logistic Industry

Pre-requisite :** No quota for any type of work pass application.

• To maintain Fixed Assets listing, monthly financial closing & reporting
• General HR, AP and administrative duties
• Quickbook accounting software
• Able to handle both English and Chinese written documents.

Job Requirements & Duties :

• A level, Diploma in Accounting & Finance/Business Administrative
• Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quickbook
• Support daily operation in Finance & HR departments
• Issue invoices and process payments
• Maintain Fixed Assets listing
• Prepare Journal vouchers and data entries
• Perform month end financial closing and reporting
• Prepare and submit GST returns
• Prepare bank reconciliation and audit schedules
• Maintain accounting files and records
• Support in financial audits
