Requirements & Duties :
Diploma in HR with 1 to 2 years HR working experience in manufacturing industry, handling foreign workers and familiar with Infotech software.
IT savvy and bilingual in English and Mandarin as need to communicate with respective language spoken co-workers and must able to handle Chinese documents.
Familiar with Singapore Employment laws and best practices, work pass applications, manage company EPOL and MOM portal.
Daily attendance, OT updates and rectification, compile and submit month end report to finance dept.
Upkeep HR policies and records, new staffs orientation, issuing of laptop, safety equipment and ensure return upon resignation.
Provide HR support to overseas subsidiaries when in needs.
Upkeep & maintenance of tenancy agreements
Other ad hoc duties as and when assign by Manager.
(2) Office Administrator
5 Days work week
Work Location : Sungei Kadut
Salary: $2400 to $3200 (depending on experience)
Benefits: AWS, medical and dental benefits, PVB, transport allowances and shuttle bus.
Requirements :

GCE \'O\' Level with credit in English and Chinese
Able to handle Chinese documents and communications.
1 year of office administrative supportive role working experience in HR, purchasing, Marketing & accounts departments
Possess a customer service oriented mindset and ability to deal with people at all levels
Ability to multitask and work on own initiative and resourcefulness
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to s HR, Purchasing, Marketing and Accounts department
Responsible in general administration including generating announcements to all staff
Overall office management such as maintain office supplies / inventories and regular checking of office stocks: incoming mail sorting and distribution.
In-charge of receiving and serving visitors and attend to incoming calls and facsimiles promptly.
Coordinate the maintenance of office and ensures the cleanliness and orderliness of office.
Coordinate and assisting in travel arrangements (air ticket and hotel booking for oversea VIPs and staff)
In-charge of Time & Leave Management; HR Induction for New Hires, Training Application, Claim Processing and Grant application.
Assists in HR admin duties matters such as internal / external training processing, employee relations, improvement implementation, HR process and documentation filing, etc.
Manage the daily attendance record and employee portal system.
Keep up to date of office general filing system (e.g scanning / filing of operation records such as Sales Order, Invoices, PO, etc)
Manages and handles business name cards, company t-shirts and other marketing items.
Initiate / support company events or activities including coordinating or organizing of vendors / venue / logistics arrangement.
Liaise with different vendors and manage procurement on facilities issues in the office stocks, pantry stocks, equipment etc.
Perform sales / order processing to support Purchasing sections.
Manages and handles business name cards, company t-shirts and other marketing items.
