Job Scopes:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in both HR and Accounts functions in the construction industry.
The candidate should be familiar with all HR laws and requirements and the hiring process in construction sector (Work Pass application, issuance, renewal, cancellation and transfer, booking of air tickets, onboard centres, checking in and out of dormitories, buying of bonds and insurance, etc.).
The candidate should have experience with the preparation of all employment, confirmation, termination, transfer, and handover letters / memos, assisting the Accounts Manager with petty cash claims, preparation and submission of progress claims, workers\' payroll and calculation, GST, preparing Purchase Orders, Quotations and Invoices and occasional purchasing.
The candidate should have the ability to organize, maintain, upkeep, and ensure all workers data and site tools and equipment are properly recorded, uploaded and filed (be it digital / soft or hard copy), and to create and prepare any necessary documents or forms for site and workers\' usage.
